Homestay Housing Placement and Fees

Housing Placement Fee: $385 Housing Deposit: $100 Airport Pick up fee: $175 driver “meet and greet” (most airports). Santa Barbara and NYC, NJ additional. Please email for quote.

Once you have received your I-20 from your US school, please submit your student homestay housing application online or via email to our office. Typically, students are placed in housing 3-4 weeks before they arrive in the US and in plenty of time to contact their US host to say hello. Keep in mind that the busiest times for homestay placement is in the summer and winter months. IHPS works on a first-come, first-served basis, so submit your application early.
